Meditation is a wonderful way to relax, release, and align with the Divine presence within. Coming together to share in that centering experience, we help to create waves of peace and love that make a difference not just in ourselves, but also in the world around us.
During each 30 to 45-minute gathering, we will spend just a few minutes creating our intention. The remainder of the time will be spent in silent contemplation and group meditation, with soft music playing in the background as we go within. At the conclusion of a 20-minute meditation, we will close with a brief prayer.
